Dr. Tina Huang's groups - Psychology Today

I am a holistic healer for a happy & healthy brain. I help adults with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, phobias, learning disabilities, etc. feel lighter, more vibrant and more hopeful using my 4-step signature system. I help clients to 1. ) make peace with the past 2.) eliminate underlying causes 3.) clear blocks 4.) develop brain healthy habits. I came to this profession through my own difficult past, and know how challenging life can be. I provide a caring and supportive environment to help clients get in touch with their subconscious to release the pain that gets in their way.

I specialize in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), the Emotion Code, the Body Code, and health coaching. EFT is a powerful technique that helps clear any underlying baggage from your past or present. The Body Code/Emotion Code allows me to determine the underlying cause of any emotional issue or disease.

I believe to achieve optimal mental health, it is essential that we release our baggage from our past, instill positive ways of thinking, correct underlying causes, and lead a lifestyle that supports a healthy brain. This is the mission and philosophy of how I support my clients at LifeLong EnerJoy.
