Petra Industries, the nation?s leading wholesale distributor of consumer electronics, custom installation products, wireless accessories, mobile audio/video accessories and appliance connection supplies, recently announced the appointment of Jorge Grijalva as its new District Manager, Car Audio Division, for the state of Texas.
Petra appointed Grijalva based on his extensive 10-year plus background in sales and business management, including four as a car audio multi-retail business owner. Grijalva?s knowledge and experience will be utilized to grow Petra?s sales of Pioneer? mobile A/V products within the state of Texas as he will be responsible for managing the North Texas territory, increasing sales of thePioneer? brand and promoting Petra as the car audio distributor of choice for the region.

Grijalva most recently served as a personal banker for JP Morgan Chase in the Fort Worth area. Prior to that role, he gained more than nine years experience working in management positions for major retail companies AT&T and Best Buy between 2005 and 2011; and owned three car audio businesses between 2002 and 2006. While Grijalva has experience in all aspects of sales management, he considers his area of expertise to be developing and managing customer relationships.
